The house in Podutik is clearly divided into living and service areas. Service areas are situated inside four concrete cores, which are positioned on the perimeter of the floor slabs with the living area, thereby supporting them and framing views in all directions, while also providing shade to the outside area. Access to the building subtly follows the existing topography, with the floor slab above serving as an entrance and parking canopy. The entire interior unfolds as a direct consequence of the architecture. Programmed cores enable an extremely open and undetermined living area. On the upper floor, wooden cabinets are placed as a subtle division of individual bedrooms. In contrast to the monolithic and rational house, the surrounding landscape is organic and very diverse, establishing a strong contrast between nature and the building, consequently enhancing both.
